OYO Technology Ltd. is an advertising technology company that provides mobile application developers, brands, and agencies (our “Customers”) with a platform to deliver advertising to users on mobile devices (“End Users”). To make advertising more relevant, we collect and use certain information about End Users in order to deliver targeted ads.

OYO Technology Ltd. (“OYO Technology”, “we”, “us”) respects the privacy rights of its Customers, website visitors, and End Users. This Privacy Policy applies to our website (www.oyo-tech.com), any associated services, and the ads we deliver on behalf of our Customers.

• We may use these identifiers to show ads that are more relevant to the End User’s interests or to re-engage users on behalf of Customers.

• End Users can manage ad preferences on their devices:

  • iOS: Settings → Privacy → Advertising → Limit Ad Tracking

  • Android: Settings → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization

Security

We employ reasonable technical, and physical safeguards to protect Personal Data. However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. If a breach occurs, we will notify affected parties as required by applicable laws.
